- Select the “Professional Email” AI Action on that message.
- The automated workflow in Zapier automatically creates the email draft. (*What is Zapier?)*
Setup Automation
Step 1: Getting started
- Record a voice memo or message in Carbon Voice describing what you want in the email.
- Go to message details and select the “Professional Email” AI Action on this message.
- Create a new Zap or start with this Zap Template to get started.
Note: The steps below include optional steps to help improve the formatting.

- Account: Login to your Carbon Voice account
