You can add someone to a workspace or share a link they can use to join the workspace:

1 - From the Home Screen, go to the profile menu (tap on profile picture in the bottom right hand corner.)

2 - Select Spaces to get to your list of workspace.

3 - Tap the gear icon on the right side of the workspace you want to invite to

4 - Tap on the “Add People” button.

You’ll then have the option to Add a contact or create a link you can share.

Adding contacts

• you can add existing carbon voice contacts, email addresses or people from your phone contact list

Generating a link

• You can generate a link you can share directly, post on an intranet or website
  • The person who gets the link can tap and join the workspace
• Link Expiration - The link will be valid for this amount of time.
• Single or Multi-use - if you are sharing with single person. Select single use. The link expires immediately after they join. If you are sharing for a team to join, select multi-use so each person in the team can use the link.
