AI Assistants do better the more you can help them focus or tell them how to interact with the data. Below are a few tips:
AI Assistants decide when to look into Carbon Voice data based on hints in what you type. Saying “in Carbon Voice” helps tell it you want it to find that information in Carbon Voice.
Often it will take a name and deliver the right result “What did Sara say about…” If it struggles to find the person, try giving it an email address. Or a Conversation name they are in.
Using the name of the conversation is fast, but if it struggles you can also give it a conversation ID, which you can access by press & hold on the conversation and “Copy Conversation Link”
Sometimes you want to make it easy to tap and get to the message. Tell it “When returning information about a Carbon Voice message, can you please hyperlink the date to the actual message? The format is https://carbonvoice.app/m/<message_id>”
“What topics have I covered with Thomas in the last month?”
“In the past month, how has my tone been with Thomas?”
“In the past month, when talking to Thomas what are some better questions I could have added?”
“We have an engineering team retro with messages posted into "Retro June 27" summarizing the Sprint in Carbon Voice. Please summarize the this in a Retro format of:
Overall team sentiment (roll-up score)
What's going well (Group related areas)
What's not going well (group related areas)
What could be done differently next Sprint (group related areas)”
