Getting a team setup is easy:

  1. Create Workspace: Tap your Profile Menu from Home and choose Spaces and then tap on the “+” to create a “New Workspace.”
    1. Enter a workspace name and upload an image you’d like for the workspace icon. For example: <Company or Group Name>.
  2. Workspace Discovery: Associate your company domain(s) with your Workspace. Then anyone who logs in with an email domain that matches will be told about the workspace. You can configure the workspace to:
    1. Allow them to Automatically join your workspace,
    2. Be prompted to request to join (Workspace admin approves)
    3. Share custom instructions you’ve written on internal processes or links to join.
  3. Add Team Members:
    1. Enter email addresses for your team members (You can paste in a comma separated list of email addresses)
    2. They will receive an email letting them know they’ve been added to the Workspace and links to download the Carbon Voice app.
    3. Alternatively, you can also choose to get a link and share that on your own.
  4. Create starter Conversations. Use the suggested Conversations or create your own.
    1. Once created, you can add relevant people to each Conversation.
    2. Tap into the Conversation and tap “Add People” to add someone to each Conversation.
    3. Send a first message as appropriate.
