- Select the “To-do List” AI Action on that message.
- The automated workflow in Zapier automatically sends the to-do list to yourself in Gmail (*What is Zapier?)*

- Record a voice memo or message in Carbon Voice with your to-do list.
- Go to message details and select the “To-do List” AI Action on this message.
- Create a new Zap or get the template here to get started.
Note: The steps below include optional steps to help improve the formatting.
