• Record a message in Carbon Voice. (*What is Carbon Voice?)*
• Select the “To-do List” AI Action on that message.
• The automated workflow in Zapier automatically sends the to-do list to yourself in Gmail (*What is Zapier?)*

Setup Automation

Step 1: Getting started

1. Record a voice memo or message in Carbon Voice with your to-do list.
2. Go to message details and select the “To-do List” AI Action on this message.
3. Create a new Zap or get the template here to get started.

Note: The steps below include optional steps to help improve the formatting.

Trigger when “New AI Prompt Response Generated (only if not using template)

Setup

• Add App: Carbon Voice
• Trigger Event: New AI Prompt Response Generated
• Account: Login to your Carbon Voice account

Configure

• System Prompt ID: To-do List

Step 2: Format Date

• Add App: Formatter by Zapier
• Action Event: Date/Time

• Transform: Format
• Input: <”Messages Message Created At:” from Step 1>
• To Format: MMM DD YYYY (Jan 22 2006)

Step 3: Create a draft in Gmail

• Add App: Gmail
• Action Event: Send Email

Configure

• To: input your own email address
• From: Select an email address
• Subject: TO DOs: <”Output:” from Step 2>
• Body type: HTML
• Body: COPY AND PASTE
