After tapping the purple check mark to finish your recording, you’ll see a few quick actions you can take:

1. Choose an AI Action (Optional)

• Instantly run an AI action to summarize your message, generate bullet points, draft an email, create a presentation outline, and more.
• AI actions can help turn raw voice notes into polished outputs.

2. View the Transcript

• A transcript is generated automatically.
• Tap to view, read, or edit the transcript — especially useful if you want to refine the message or repurpose it.

3. Share the Message

You can share the voice message in a few different ways:

• Send to a person via their email or phone contact.
• Post in a Carbon Voice conversation.
• Generate a shareable link — anyone with the link can listen, reply, and engage.

4. Do Nothing (and Come Back Later)

• If you dismiss the toast notification, your message will still be saved.
• You can find all your recordings later in the Voice Memos section.
