Your account has now transitioned to our free plan, which still gives you access to all the essential Carbon Voice features. If you’d like to continue using premium capabilities—such as extended recording time, AI credits for doing AI Actions, voice memo folders, and additional storage—now is a great time to upgrade your account!

To upgrade to a premium plan in the app

1. Go to the profile menu in the lower right
2. Tap on the plan on top, should say “Starter”
3. In plan details, tap again on the “Starter” plan and that will take you to a place to upgrade

For teams looking to continue using Carbon Voice together, Workspace plans are available to ensure the entire team has access to the premium features.
