🎙️ The Conversation

It can be challenging for the business executive and their support team and admin to stay in sync throughout the day. As you go from one meeting to another, and schedules are often changing — quick voice notes enable you to easily and quickly convey instructions, requests, or updates and clarify anything that needs clarification while you’re on-the-go.

Follow the steps below to create a Conversation to maintain an open line of communication with your executive admin.

Create the Conversation

  1. From the app Home screen, tap the “+” to create a Direct Message. (If you want to be able to add more people on the team to the conversation later, create a Named Conversation.)
    1. Add your admin via their email address and hit create.
  2. Send a first message to explain what you’ll be using the conversation for and any relevant rules of engagement - or, just share your first note!

📨 Your Executive Admin will receive emails when messages are shared into the Conversation. They can listen and reply from their browser when convenient for them. The emails also provide links to download the app if they prefer.

Quick tips

Need more control and management over your Conversations? Try creating a workspace for your team. Then, create your conversations within that workspace. 3. Enter the names for relevant Conversations such as “Admin Support”, “Product”, “Legal”, “People Ops”, “Marketing”, etc. and hit “Done”.
  2. Tap into each Conversation and add the relevant people into each Conversation.
    1. Send a first message as appropriate.
