1. Download the Carbon Voice app.

2. Create a new Workspace. Tip: Make sure you have the company logo or another visual you want to use to represent your workspace on your phone.

   1. Step 1: On the Home screen, tap the “+” and tap “New Workspace”. Name your workspace to create it. You can also upload a workspace icon (e.g. your company logo!)
   2. Step 2: Get link to invite team members to your workspace.
      1. Tap “Invitation Link”.
      2. Change the invite expiration date to suit your needs. We recommend 1 week to 1 month to give everyone a chance to join. Keep the link as a multi-use link.
      3. Tap “Get Link”. Copy or share the link out, e.g. in a Slack channel or a text message. (You can come back to get the link later via Workspace Settings > Add People.)
      4. *Note: You can also choose send an invitation instead to invite people with their emails or phone numbers.
   3. Step 3: Create conversations in your workspace. Carbon Voice provides a pre-set list of default workspace conversations. Choose which ones you want to keep or delete. Add your own. You can also easily create more conversations later.
